Wauchope's Excellence in Service awards will be held at the Wauchope RSL Club on Friday November 6 to announce the winners in the annual business awards.

Organised by the Gazette on behalf of the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the awards night is also sponsored by the Wauchope campus of TAFE. This year also sees the inclusion of the successful Pride in Workmanship awards organised by the Rotary Club of Wauchope.

The combination of the Excellence in Service awards and the Rotary awards has been welcomed by the chamber of commerce.

Chamber president, Rob Hamilton said the award night is a great way to showcase the best in business Wauchope has to offer.

"This is a great opportinity for the showcasing the best of the Wauchope Buiness community and a prime example of how local groups can coordinate their efforts in holding such an event," Mr Hamilton said.

"The Chamber wishes to thank the TAFE, Rotary and the Gazette for their input into this night and anticipates an exciting and successful presentation."

Tickets are now available from the Wauchope Gazette in Hastings Street or Travelworld Wauchope in High Street and cost just $15 per person.
