THE Wauchope RSL is set to sizzle when the McClymonts take the stage as part of their national tour.
The three sisters from Grafton will visit Wauchope on Saturday November 22 bringing their country hits with them.
The sisters – Brooke, Sam and Mollie are riding on a high with their recent Aria Award nomination for debut album ‘Chaos and Bright Lights’.
The nomination is their first and has them nominated with Kasey Chambers and Shane Nicholson, Melinda Schneider, Sara Storer and Catherine Britt for Country Album of the Year.
The album was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee in June 2007 with some of Nashville’s finest musicians and hit record producer Adam Anders (Nick Lachey, Backstreet Boys).
All 12 tracks were co-written by the sisters with both Australian and American writers. Smash hits include Save Yourself which saw the girls walk away with their second ‘Group Of The Year’ Golden Guitar Award in Tamworth 2008, My Life Again and Finally Over Blue, a track that tipped The Eagles 10 month run off the top of the Australian radio airplay charts.
The McClymonts stake their claim and aim to create their own music history, one that is rich with magical voices, heartfelt lyrics and unforgettable melodies.
So for what is sure to be a stellar night of country entertainment book your tickets now to see the McClymonts live in Wauchope.
