In third, on a score of 62 ? was the team of Alan Flaherty and Quentin Henry while Brett Hopkinson and Rod Dobson ran fourth with a 63 ?.

Those nearest the pins were Chris O'Brien 3.1m, Kerry Galloway 1.2 and Paul Costigan 76cm for second shot on the 1st; Andrew Wardrop 43cm, Terry Halloran 1.34 and Richard Parker 2.46m on the 4th; Tony Locke 1.14, Trevor Harrison 1.9m and Wayne Byrnes 70cm on the 7th and Chris Wells 1.39m, Chris Hudson 3.34 and George Vallance 1.81 on the 18th.

Balls to scores of 65 ? or better and Kerry Galloway and Steve Hannan each took home a pair of six packs.

On Sunday a field of 39 played a 4BBB Medley with Kel and Lyn Kelly on fire with 50 points. Runners up on a c/b of 48 were Monica and Les Wren over Neil and Jo Hudson. NTPs to Les Wren, John Hill and Mary Gwyther twice. Balls to 43.

Saturday is a sweepstakes day, a Single Stableford, sponsored by Glenn at Thomas' Friendly Butchery on High Street. Sunday is AGM Day followed by lunch and a 2 man Ambrose for those who attend. See you there.
