Over 100 crews (450 surf rowers and 55 surfboats) from Surf Life Saving Clubs across Australia will be racing for glory.
The top seeded male and female surf boat crews from around Australia will be racing in all divisions.
Navy helicopters will fly over and hover above the beach and the Navy Brass Band will be playing on the foreshore and for the Surf Lifesaving March Past.
The Australian Surf Rowers League (ASRL) Series is the premier surf boat racing series in Australia.
It consists of 25 events around Australia from September 2013 to February 2014 held on some of the country's premier beaches.
The ASRL was born in New South Wales in 1992 as the International League of Australian Surfboat Rowers Inc and currently has over 3,000 members from over 260 clubs which make up over 550 crews competing nationally.
