FRIDAY April 25 will be a day of celebration and remembrance in Wauchope starting with the traditional dawn service at the War Memorial Clock Tower.

Details for Anzac Day service times are:
5.45am - Dawn service at the War Memorial Clock Tower.
Assemble at 5am at the RSL Club. Tea/Coffee available. Marchers need to be present prior to 5.30am.
11am - Anzac Commemoration at the Memorial.
March assembles at 10am at the RSL Club for march to the Memorial.
Form up at 10.30am. This is the main service for Wauchope. Those who cannot march, please assemble at the Memorial.
11am - Special Anzac Day service at Wauchope Showground (Wauchope Agricultural Show falls on Anzac Day). This is for all those who are attending or have commitments at the Showground at this time.
12pm - A special luncheon will be available for ex-service personnel, their partners and invited guests.
Greg Raffin will be giving a presentation on our involvement in WW1 during 1914. Tickets are $5 and must be pre-purchased from the Wauchope Sub-Branch office at the Wauchope RSL.

Road closures - Residents are reminded that the following roads will be closed on Friday morning:
- Young Street, between Cameron Street and Hastings Street; Hastings Street, between Young Street and High Street and High Street, between Hastings Street and Range Street for the dawn service (5.30am to 6.30am).
- Young Street, between Bransdon Street and Cameron Street; Cameron Street, between Young Street and High Street; and High Street, between Range Street and Cameron Street for the mid morning service (10.30am to 11.45am).
