I have been asked to let the council know that the public is extremely annoyed with their inability to address the ever deteriorating state of our roads and why they have not done anything to rectify the problem.

The main roads that came up where Sarah's Crescent and Beechwood road (along with every other road outside of Port Macquarie) with no prompting from me. I was also asked to refer the next two options for council's consideration by more than just a few people and I have asked them for a response.
1. Rate payers should stop paying rates until something gets done about our roads.
2. Council should pay for everyone's repairs, maintenance and wheel alignments and the cost of getting the tar off their vehicles caused by the inferior state of our roads and the council's lack of proper repairs.
Please choose one and/or both and let me and the public know which option the public should use.
I have also been in correspondence with The Hon Paul Toole MP Minister for Local Government and he has suggested I raise our concerns with the elected Councillors so on that note I have request a meeting with the councillors to discuss the current and future road repairs that they have planned for over the next few months.
