Stress Down Day is a fun and easy initiative to reduce stress and Lifeline is dedicated to reducing the burden of stress on our community.
Get involved on Friday, July 25, and have fun by helping us raise funds through the power of laughter. Any money raised can be dropped off to our Lifeline Shop in Cameron Street, Wauchope.
We appreciate your involvement!
If you or someone you know needs support in a crisis or is thinking about suicide contact Lifeline 13 11 14.
We encourage people in schools and workplaces to have fun with their friends and family and laugh in order to reduce stress levels.
Did you also know that 91 per cent of Australians have reported being stressed at work in 2014.
So why not be one of Lifeline's Stress Down Ambassadors and organise your own stress down activities at work? Dress up, hold a morning tea or take time out just to laugh with your mates.
The money raised will go towards helping run our 24 hour telephone support services, a service that is literally life saving for thousands of Australians every year.
