The suspensions follow a brawl off the field when Port Macquarie Sharks played Wauchope Blues on July 6.
Group 3 and Blues player Justin Laurie was suspended from participating in or attending any games for the rest of the year.
Blues supporter Tim Laurie received the same punishment.
Three Hastings League players were also suspended for the rest of the year from running on the field or watching.
They are Lake Cathie Raiders Jared Bruen Ansell, Zac Bruen Ansell and Brent Antilla.
All five men were found guilty of bringing the game into disrepute.
Sharks player Joel McFadeyn did not appear due to advice from his solicitor.
Country Rugby League could not be reached for comment.
Meanwhile police are calling for witnesses following an alleged violent brawl between girl soccer players.
The alleged fight happened at Wayne Richards Park on July 11, during a match between under 18s teams from Kempsey Hornets and Port United.
Police are working with Football Mid North Coast, and are seeking more witnesses, but no charges or cautions have been issued yet.
