Huntingdon's Blue Team won and will now go on to compete in the Mid North Coast Primary School District Golf Championships, against the northern district winner, Macksville Public School.
Huntingdon had earlier defeated Long Flat to win the Wauchope area representative spot.
This is the inaugural year of the competition and it is hoped to expand it in future to become a state-wide country primary schools competition, Jack Newton Junior Golf territory manager Ray Robbins said.
The Huntingdon and Macksville teams will play for the Mid North Coast championships within the next few weeks, probably at Kempsey, he said.
