ON Wednesday, October 22, 65 ladies competed a 4BBB Stableford event, Wendy Wallis and Giang Duong were winners of the special Trophy that Linda Ison sponsored with 44 points on a count back.

Wendy Wallis works tirelessly each year in decoration the course for pink day - her win was very deserving.
Runners Up were Merle Galloway and Margaret Palmer also with 44 points to second runners up Margaret Houghton and Annie Cassidy.
Nearests to the pins were also all kindly donated by Linda Ison. Jill Semchychyn Div 1 and Dawn Abell Div 3 were closest on the 4th.
On the 18th hole the sharp shooters were Barabara Varcoe, Judy Loadsman and Veronica Dietrich.
The 7th and 10th holes also had a 2nd shot nearest to the pin over the field competition.
Annie Cassidy holed out for Birdie on the 7th to claim the prize and Narelle Quinn managed the same feat on the 10th hole.
Balls were awarded to teams with 40points or better on a count back.
The Saturday business ladies also had pink fever on Saturday, October 25 when they came together to play a single stableford event.
30 ladies raised $349 with their trading table. Winner over the field to take home the Cath Knowles memorial trophy was Diana Molony with 42points, Diana was also the daily winner for division 2. Daily winner of division 1 was Linda Ison with 34 points, Marion Horton was the runner up with 33points.
The runner up for division 2 was Debbie Jones with 38 points. Carolyn Gamble and Moira Smith were the closest to the pin on the 4th hole with Karen Roods and Debbie Jones getting closest on the 18th.
Second shot over the field on the 7th hole was won by Diana Molony.
Balls were awarded to players with 31 points or better on a count back.
