COMBOYNE Tigers stalwart Michael Schiffmann was made a life member of the Comboyne Rugby League Football Club at its presentation night on November 15.

Michael has been a member of the club for 14 years, playing in a number of positions, through the bad times (getting beaten 80-0) and the good times such as our grand finals wins in 2011 and 2013, the club's Kay White said.
This year Michael played his 150th game with the Tigers.
Michael is a good club person off the field as well, she said, helping out wherever he is needed.
"Michael is a well deserving recipient of this award and it was an honour and a privilege for me to present it to him," Kay said.

Highest try scorer - George Jones (20 tries).
Highest point scorer - Dennis Jones (164 points).
Players player - Beau Dorrington, Beavan Castles, Blake Reis, Jason Troy.
Best back - Jason Troy.
Best forward - Shannon Lee.
Best and fairest - Jason Troy.
Appreciation awards - Jarrod Gardner, Sean Baillon.
Club person of the year - Troy Bell (coach)
