Consider for one moment News 24, sure it's a 24 hour news service, the same news every hour on the hour for the entire day interspersed with replays of programs from previous days, at times the same program several times a week.

In many areas of broadcasting the ABC caters to what can only be regarded as fringe dwellers with content that lateral thinkers shake their heads finding it difficult to get anything out of the program content . Join the real world ABC and tighten the belt like every other Australian has to shoulder the wheel, it's your turn.
