Club president Dean Andersen is rallying locals to venture out to Lank Bank complex for Saturday's games and dig deep for the worthy cause.
Andersen said the charity holds great significance to several members of the Blues community.
"We're hoping for a big crowd to come and support the Blues and our elected charity.
"To be taking on the first-placed Sharks at home in the final round of the season we will be needing all the support we can get from the community," he said.
While the first grade charges will take the field in specially-made jerseys on the day, the lower grades will play in different shorts and socks.
To raise money for SIDS for Kids, the jerseys will be auctioned off at Wauchope RSL Club following Saturday's games.
The night will also double up as an Olympic themed fun and games function, which is open to all. Tickets will be $25 and can be purchased at the door from 7pm.
There's a lot at stake this weekend for final positions on the competition ladder heading into the semi finals.
With the under 18's already wrapping up the minor premiership, the battle between the Sharks and Blues in reserve grade will determine who gets the minor premiership.
Also, first grade have the opportunity to bring the Sharks their first loss of the year.
"There will be some really close, hard games of footy on the weekend, which should be very entertaining," Andersen said.
The Blues have hosted charity days for the past three years, with previous charities including the Breast Cancer Foundation, the Cancer Council, Men's Health and the Melanoma Foundation.
"We like to think of this as an opportunity to create awareness, raise some money and give a little bit back to charities that hold personal significance to our players and committee," Andersen said.
Saturday's action will start at 11.30am with the ladies league tag followed by the under 18's at 12.30pm, reserve grade at 1.45pm and first grade at 3pm.
There will also be full canteen and bar facilities available.
