The division one girls came up against formidable opponents in Port Macquarie Combined Cougars, but narrowly lost the game.
The final score was 32-25 and Wauchope's stand-out players were centre Anna Lewis and goal keeper Chloe Kirkman.
Fast hands, smart play and solid defence typified the local girls' game, which was watched by a capacity crowd at Port Macquarie's indoor stadium.
Wauchope Netball Club's first-time president Donna Lewis described this year's results as "outstanding", with the majority of teams leading their age group's ladder proving yet again the club's strength and ability.
Mrs Lewis said 12 teams reaching the finals was not only a credit to players, but also coaches, umpires and committee members.
"2015 has been another very, very successful year," Mrs Lewis said. "Wauchope entered 14 teams into the competitive competition, and to see 12 of those make the semi-finals is a fantastic achievement.
"I only hope our good fortune keeps on coming and we end up with the majority of those teams in the grand final."
Teams through to the finals series include the Kookaburras, Swifts, Wrens, Lorikeets, Bellbirds, Robins, Doves, Rosellas, Bluebirds, Finches, Plovers and Kingfishers.
