With elections due in September, incoming councils must develop a four year delivery program. This program outlines what the new council intends to do towards achieving goals set out in the community strategic plan.
Council general manager Craig Swift-McNair said the telephone survey will be carried out for about two weeks, with any input or feedback remaining anonymous.
The independent random telephone survey is designed to gather information from local residents that will give council further information on the services it provides, and the importance and priority of those services to locals.
