Red Boar Riot featuring Bago Magic Performance Group and Blokes Notes will screen at Majestic Cinema on Friday September 2 with a 10am start.
Red Boar Riot was entirely scripted by Bago Magic’s participants.
The play is (very) loosely based on the Roman empire and the rivalry between 'Portius Maximus’ and ‘Wauchopix’. Its conclusion lies in a sensational but unexplained truce whereby both prospered in their own special way, but never really understanding each other.
Red Boar Riot was filmed by a young film crew from Newcastle, skillfully moving around the scenes and the audience with their cameras.
Bago Magic is presenting this film to the general public to showcase the level of skill and enjoyment displayed by this wonderful team.
