The multi-million dollar development includes a Kmart store, specialty shops, car parking and road improvements.
Quasar Constructions business development manager James Gwynne said the build was running directly to the program.
“We are very confident now it will be delivered according to schedule,” he said.
“We are really happy with the way it is progressing.”
The ground slab has been poured, external walls continue to go up, the steel work is almost complete and the roof sheeting is ongoing.
Some 70 per cent of sub-contractors are local.
Mr Gwynne said they were very happy with the standard of performance from the local sub-contractors.
We are very confident now it will be delivered according to schedule.

St Joseph’s Primary School students had an inside view of the construction project during an excursion with another excursion planned as the build moves towards the later stages.
Nearby residents have raised concerns about dust from the building site.
Mitigation of dust continues with a permanent water tanker on the site, as well as mobile sprinklers, and set site sprinkler systems.
Commercial solar will be a feature of the project with a 100KW solar system to be incorporated.
That equates to 317 solar panels.
