The Wauchope Blues will have their first hit out for 2017 when they trial the Woolgoolga Seahorses this Saturday March 4 at Lank Bain sporting complex.

There will be three matches on the day with trials for women's league tag, under 18 1/2 age and the main game will be a mix of the first and reserve grade squads.
It will be a late start for the day with league tag set to kick off at 5pm, as the weather is still quite warm.
First grade coach Anthony Boyd is excited at the prospect of getting to see his players in action for the first time.
"We've had a great pre-season so far and I'm keen to see if these boys can put into action the techniques I've been teaching them."
Club president Ged Roods is also looking forward to Saturday.
"We're on the right track to improve massively on last year’s results and it all starts this weekend,” he said.
“So the club is asking all our supporters to come on out and see what we have to offer the group 3 competition in 2017".
There will be a canteen running on the day and admission will be free for all ages.
The Blues will also be taking a senior squad down to Newcastle the following weekend to take on the Cardiff Cobras.
After that, there will be a free weekend before the official Group 3 preseason competition will get under way.
The Blues will be facing last years premiers, the Port City Breakers first up in what will be a great test for this new look Blues outfit.
