Motorists are advised controlled rock blasting is nearing completion in the Cooperabung Range next to the Pacific Highway, as part of work on the Oxley Highway to Kempsey Pacific Highway upgrade.
The final controlled blast will be carried out tomorrow, Wednesday April 19 at 1.30pm, with traffic on the Pacific Highway stopped for safety.
