Wauchope Lions Sports Foundation have assisted Emily Wright, a 14-year- old Touch Rugby player who has been selected to play in the Australian U21 Women’s Touch Rugby team.

They will be competing at the National Touch Rugby Australia Trans-Tasman series in Tweed Heads against New Zealand in October 2017.
Emily previously represented NSW NTRA in both U16 and U21 Women’s teams in a State of Origin Series of 3 against QLD NTRA in Coffs Harbour in June this year. This led to her being selected to play in the Aussie team.
Stephen Perkins, Chairman of the Lions Sports Foundation congratulated Emily.
