They walked away with four winners – Division 1, 2 and 3 and U13s, with U12s getting runners-up. 

All the players gave it their all, and played with heart and determination. With their  coaches, family and friends cheering from the sidelines, the atmosphere was electric.  

The Grand Final day was topped off with a fun presentation evening held at the Wauchope RSL where they celebrated a wonderful 2017 season.

In tradition, all the teams were dressed  in a theme, with everything from pandas to beauty queens, and stick figures to ghost busters. A great night of fun was had by all. 

Kelly Malofie from the club said a big thank you to the committee, players, coaches, umpires, family and friends  for a great season.

“A huge shout out to all those local businesses who sponsored  us in 2017.  We look forward to seeing you all in 2018,” she said.

And don’t forget that Wauchope Netball Club’s AGM will be held at 6.15pm on Thursday September 21 at Wauchope RSL.

And Wauchope’s Debutante Ball will be held on Saturday October 28, also at Wauchope RSL.
