ANZAC DAY PARADES IN WAUCHOPE
With 2017 Anzac Day event being a continuation of the 1914-1918 and 2014-2018 anniversary , the Wauchope RSL Sub-branch is keen to see a big attendance from serving and ex-service members, schools and the public.
All WW1 service people have now passed on and the number of World War 2 veterans has dropped rapidly in recent years and it is thought that only 10,000 survive from the 800,000 people who volunteered for that war.
We are fortunate to have 22 WW2 ex-service people still on our Wauchope Sub-branch members list.
