20 women’s bowls teams from across the Hastings district took part in the battle of the Floral Festival at Wauchope Country Club, hosted by Wauchope Womens Bowls.

The ladies were treated to a beautiful display of flowers donated by Debreceny’s in Comboyne, at the event on Friday September 9.
“It was a great day’s play and everyone enjoyed a wonderful lunch prepared by the chef at the Wauchope Country Club,” said Wauchope Womens Bowls Club president, Marie Winter.
