Comboyne man David Gray thanks firies who saved his home and car | photos, video

David Gray who lives near Comboyne is full of gratitude to the Rural Fire Service for saving his home and his favourite car from the bushfire, as flames engulfed trees at the edge of his property.

David and his wife, Caroline and their two sons, Blake and Wade, stayed at home with their dog, Bindi during the bushfire. 

They helped the firefighters by making their house as fire-ready as possible at Mount Gibraltar near Comboyne on Sunday September 24.
