Joel Mitchell Fowler, 26, appeared in court on December 5.
Part of his bail conditions is to report daily to police.
Fowler fronted the court on, cultivate a prohibited drug, to wit, 52 prohibited plants; possess prohibited drug, to wit, 8.3 grams of cannabis and being in custody of a knife in a public place.
His matter was adjourned to December 20.
