Well, there were several new babies, a father and son went adventuring in Nepal, a preacher from Pappinbarra came back home on a visit and there were plans for the town’s industrial area.
Pupils in Beechwood were using the internet as a constructive educational tool and the school had 22 new kindergarten students, under the watchful eye of their teacher, Dianne Ellis.
Meanwhile at Comboyne Public School, the new captains were pictured with their badges.
