Baker was a well liked, well known and community-minded local businessman who bravely fought Scleroderma for many years.
Chris passed away on April 8, 2015.
Participants in the golf day will tee off at 8:30am and golfers are asked to arrive at 8am at The Kew Country Club.
Teams will be made up of four man ambrose so people are invited to make up their own team or they will be allocated a team on arrival.
The event cost is $40 per person and all money raised will go to Scleroderma Australia, for research to find a cure.
The entry fee includes a steak sandwich for lunch.
