Carley was a North Haven resident and tragically lost her life after a car accident on Friday, March 9.
People participated in a paddle out on March 22 in a tribute to Carley and to pay respect to all she had done for the community.
Earlier there was a funeral service at the Camden Haven Anglican Church and a wake at the Camden Haven Surf Life Saving Club.
Members of the surf club who attended the paddle out wore their club shirt or patrol uniform.
Carley was active in the Camden Haven community and a member of groups including the Camden Haven Surf Life Saving Club and the Camden Haven Eagles.
President Michelle Garvan said Carley was a much loved and respected member of the Camden Haven Surf Life Saving Club. “Rest in peace beautiful girl,” she said.
