Mr Lawler has successfully hosted similar events over the last four years.
He says the value in the Pay It Forward Day is helping people who are truly in need.
"I will be providing my physiotherapy/exercise physiology services to those in our community that are truly in need for free," he said.
"There is no catch; these services are free.
"It is my simple way of saying thank you to my community for supporting me. I am blessed because I enjoy my job and what I do within this community.
"All I ask in return is that those that benefit may "Pay It Forward" to others in our community."
Mr Lawler said that could be as simple as a kind word, a simple gesture or a simple act of kindness.
"This is a truly remarkable place to live and work and I would encourage other medical professionals to do the same for their community too," he added.
Mr Lawler says he has attracted support for his idea, from a massage therapist in Port Macquarie and a Sydney-based physiotherapist.
He is also encouraging more health professionals to get involved.
"I would really like to see this day evolve where there are multi health professionals - including doctors and dentists - involved," he said.
"We are only asking for half a day. That's it.
