The business development manager is in the running to take out one of Australia’s most coveted industry awards.
Tim has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Business Development Manager of the Year - Property Management category of the nationally recognised 2018 Real Estate Business Awards, sponsored by Momentum Media.
Now in its sixth consecutive year, the Real Estate Business Awards recognise the achievements of the industry’s leading agents, networks, innovators, lenders and property managers across 27 categories.
Founded in 2007, Port Macquarie Property Management offers property management services to the Hastings community.
It has particularly strong relationships with local businesses and specialises in property management.

REB managing editor Tim Neary said the awards were the biggest event of the year in Australian real estate.
They are a benchmark for success.
“The awards are the most sought-after business awards for the real estate industry in Australia,” Mr Neary said.
“It is a great way to recognise the industry’s high-performance agents, property managers, BDMs and businesses, those who are able to flourish in the face of the industry’s ongoing challenges.”
The awards recognised and rewarded those who were driving real estate in Australia into the future, Mr Neary said.
Tim said he was humbled by the nomination.

The business, in William Street, Port Macquarie, is independently owned and operated.
It provides landlords with specialist care their investment deserves, as well as streamlining the process of renting for renters.

The winner will be announced at The Star, Sydney on Thursday, July 19.
