The three day inspirational summit, held in Port Macquarie from July 25-27, is a chance for young people aged 15-25 to hear from a range of speakers from all walks of life who have overcome challenges and come out on top.
The program features an exciting line up of international speakers, master classes and activities to inspire and excite all our future leaders who will be in attendance.
Standout speakers include Australian Deadly Ninja Warrior Jack Wilson, solo around-the-world sailor Jessica Watson OAM, self-designed international imagineer of art, tech and fashion Nixi Killick and Commonwealth Gold Medalist and Olympic Boxer Shelley Watts.
Co-Founder and Luminosity chair, Kate Wood-Foye said final preparations were being made for a stellar 2018 summit.
“This is our strongest line up yet – we wanted a diverse and powerful range of story tellers, entrepreneurs, elite sports people, artists, academics and visionaries to join us in 2018,” Mrs Wood-Foye said.
“And we are thrilled to be able to present this year’s lineup.
“Each of these speakers has a unique and powerful story to tell, skills to teach and a secret to share on how they made their dangerous idea a reality.”
Sessions include presentations, hands on master classes and social networking opportunities.
“Luminosity ensures that regional youth hear these key stories and can apply it to achieve success and happiness in their own lives,” she said.
“The summit is a way to provide all youth with the opportunities to be able to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence so they are fully equipped to be the best version of themselves and live the life they aspire to.
“It is important they have access to high quality resources, speakers and opportunities to inspire and engage youth.”
