Police said they received information in relation to alleged drug activity at the address.
A 45-year-old Port Macquarie man was arrested in connection with the investigation.
Police allegedly found more than half a kilogram of cannabis leaf and a small amount of methamphetamine (ice).
During the search of the property, police also allegedly found and removed a hydroponic set-up, including heat lamps and growing material.
The man has been charged with two counts of having a prohibited drug, and hindering a police investigation.
