Lane closures will be required to build pavement along a 1.2km section of the highway as part of the Spencers Cutting upgrade.
To reduce impacts on traffic, work will be carried out between 6pm and 6am from Sunday 13 January and is expected to be complete by Friday 25 January, weather permitting.
Traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the direction of signs and traffic control.
