St Mark's is at 11 Main Street and is being sold by Kevin Debreceny, under instructions from the trustees of church property for the Diocese of Newcastle.
The foundation stone was laid on April 27 1921 and the church was later opened by the Bishop of Newcastle.
The church is on the corner of Bulli Road and is surrounded by farmland. Real estate agent, Kevin Debreceny says it's an interesting property.
"This is only the second church I've had for sale in my career. The other one was the former Catholic church in Comboyne in 2012, and the new owners turned it into an art gallery," he said.

The church will be auctioned at 11am onsite on Saturday March 16.
The monthly Anglican services have been conducted and well-attended for some time in the Union church in the heart of Comboyne and will continue to be so.
Many families have fond memories of the old building.
The community have now changed the name of the Union church to Comboyne Community Church, reflecting its place of service in the village.
Donna Lance said people are sad but pragmatic about the sale.
"The Anglican parish will use the other church. The church is not the building; it's the people," she said.
"The little church will now have Catholic, Anglican, Presbyterian, Uniting, Church of Christ and Comboyne Christian Fellowship services. The Fellowship is everybody, and on months when there's a fifth Sunday, we invite everyone.
"The Anglican church was deconsecrated earlier this week, and they gave us some of the contents, including rosewood pews which were donated. That was lovely," added Mrs Lance.
