Lyon's 105 laid the foundation for Wauchope RSL's victory over Nulla after an afternoon storm ended the match early.
RSL had compiled an imposing 4-231 off their 40 overs before Nulla slumped to 7-66 in the 22nd over, but the rain couldn't save them.
Aaron Hagenbach (47) provided valuable support before Matt Miller (2-9 off five overs) claimed the vital wickets of both Nulla openers.
Lyon and Hagenbach combined for a 123-run second-wicket partnership.
Lyon admitted it was difficult to separate his hundred against Nulla or his century against Port City Leagues Magpies earlier in the season as which were the most impressive.
"They were both very similar," he said.
"I had to work harder on Saturday due to the heat and humid conditions it was but good to get the win both times."
Captain Matt Miller said his side is putting in some great performances with the bat and ball at the right end of the season.
Wauchope play Taree West this Saturday at Andrews Park starting at 1 pm.
The win kept Wauchope within a win of top spot with just four points separating them, Wingham and Taree United at the top of the table.
At Oxley Oval the Wauchope 1st grade side had their semi-final clash with Port City Leagues Magpies.
Wauchope were 1st to bat only managing 67 runs. Scott Mallyon top scored with 18, being the only Wauchope batsmen to manage over 10 runs. Ben Hutchins was the pick of the bowlers for Leagues taking 3-4 from 3.3 overs.
Leagues chased down the total in the 19th over only losing 5 wickets. Tony Brown for Wauchope lead the way with the ball claiming 2-16 from 6 overs.
Unfortunately that brings an end to the season for Wauchope 1st grade. Captain Brad Baxter said he is extremely proud of his young side for what they've achieved this season.
Taree United claimed a wet-weather victory over Rovers after United scored 7-225 off their 40 overs.
When the rain came, Rovers were going well at 3-101 in the 24th over but once the calculators were used, they fell short.
Macquarie Hotel's season reached a new low when they forfeited to Port Macquarie Pirates while Taree West and Port City Leagues Magpies had to share the points when the match was abandoned.
