The accident happened late this afternoon at around four o'clock (Thursday March 21) at shop 6 of the shopping centre at 243 High Street.
There are no official details yet about whether anyone was injured. Ambulances, police and fire officers went to the scene.
One woman who was in the service centre at the time said she and her daughter were sitting on the seats when the car came through, and her young son was crawling around, but luckily none of them were hurt.
A local woman who was at Timbertown when it happened said it was very scary, and one of the staff said she saw the car coming straight through.
"Thank God no-one seems to have been badly injured, although the building is badly damaged and it looks as if it's not structurally sound," said the woman.
There are a lot of delays around the shopping centre.
