Wauchope Jockey Club are joining forces with the Mark Hughes Foundation to raise money for brain cancer research on Saturday May 25.

Club president Greg Partridge says are still some sponsorship opportunities, and if anyone wants to help in any way, please ring him on 0447227024.
"Sponsorship for the raises is the main fundraiser, so we are very grateful to everyone who is helping. We are also getting a monster raffle together, and members of the club are going around local businesses to ask for donations," he said.
Collection tins and buckets will be placed around the track on race day for people to donate to a great cause.
Greg said they are really hoping that all the locals get behind the day, as it is the only meeting on the Mid North Coast, so racing should be very competitive.
