Marie Winter was named the 2019 recipient of the popular award at the club's changeover dinner on Tuesday June 18.
Ms Winter holds several positions within the club, including secretary of the Rotary Youth Hall committee.
Outgoing president Reg Pierce presented the award saying that Marie is 'an energetic member who goes above and beyond for the club'.
"She is a willing worker at most of our working bees," Mr Pierce said.
"Marie is very well organised and liaises with our caterers and customers when we are invited to run barbeques."
The club also presented prestigious Paul Harris Fellow to three people at the dinner.
Rotarian Kevin Whitbread holds the community service portfolio and 'brings credit to Rotary service'.
He acts as the club representative on the Australia Day committee and is the key organiser of the Wauchope Australia Day ceremony.
"His negotiating skills, measured approach and attention to detail means the day goes off brilliantly, drawing appreciation and accolades from the Wauchope community," his citation reads.
He also acts as a conduit between groups for several community activities where Rotary is involved.
Paul and Suzanne Pollett also received the Paul Harris Fellow after raising thousands of dollars for the operation cleft program.
Suzanne provided ongoing support to the Salam Children's Residential School in Bali while also donating considerable time to the Lombok project.
Rotarian Paul was also acknowledged for his considerable work for international projects. He is responsible for developing a partnership between Wauchope Rotary and their Canggu, Bali counterparts.
