The event is on Sunday August 11.
The club postponed the event in 2018 to give its many volunteers a break, a spokesperson for the organising committee said.
"The 3 Rivers Marathon caters to all non-powered craft with rowing boats, surf boats, surf skis, kayaks, canoes, outriggers, dragon boats and other various paddlers taking part in the epic event," the spokesperson said.
"The event regularly attracts over 100 competitors in some 50 craft.
"The course for this event starts at Telegraph Point - under the bridge of the Old Pacific Highway - and travels downstream with an outgoing tide for 25 kilometres to the rowing club's headquarters off Hibbard Drive."
Entertainment, food and drinks along with a presentation ceremony are held following the completion of the event.
Entry is open to anyone over the age of 12, from the serious competitor to the casual paddler.
There will be a 3 Rivers Marathon Dinner at Settlers Inn on Saturday, 10 August staring at 6.30pm. $30 per person will include your meal and welcome drink.
