In the quest to replicate these gorgeous rooms, have you ever wondered if your place has developed some serious Insta cred of its own? How many likes would your chic dressing room or cool dining space garner?
This week UK comparison website Compare My Move analysed the most recent style and home decor mentions to find out what's trending. The top five? #houseplants was the standout hashtag, with 2,048,211 mentions, following by #gallerywall with 917,058, #neonsign with 665,917, #upcycledfurniture with 331,354, and #shutters with 327,776.
Compare My Move used these figures to create a Top 25 most-mentioned home style trends on Instagram, many of which are hot ticket items in Australia, such as bi-fold doors and Edison light bulbs.
The data was also used to create a quiz that provides some insight into whether your home is Insta-worthy. Why not take the quiz to see how your place measures up and what pieces you could introduce to make your rooms liked on an international scale.
