The community will experience creativity in action from digital projections to exhibitions, music and more during the ArtWalk evening from 6pm to 9pm on Thursday, July 18.
Artists will be dotted around the CBD and the ArtWalk night will feature even more school involvement than in 2018.
Port Macquarie-Hastings Council group manager Lucilla Marshall said more people were getting on board with ArtWalk each year.
Supporters can enjoy the creative activities at their own pace.
"You can go into your local optometrist or walk into your local cafe or bar and see an artist at work," Ms Marshall said.
"You can watch, you can get involved, you can enjoy or just relax and take it all in."
The CBD, its public spaces, businesses and cultural facilities will embrace the event.
Supporters can expect a vibrant atmosphere with an eclectic collection of art and cultural experiences.
"Each of the artists will bring their own little bit to the night," Ms Marshall said.
For example, John Thiering will bring his sand art creations to life, accompanied by Mat Brooker's music.
The night will include an artists' market at the Town Square.
The Glasshouse will join in the artistic action too, while a program of music will begin at 6pm on the Glasshouse steps.
ArtWalk encourages the community to come together in a series of engaging arts activities, creating opportunities for people to meet, exchange ideas and foster community spirit.
The cultural offerings continue beyond the ArtWalk night as the 2019 program has expanded to feature satellite events across July 19 to 21.
ArtWalk, presented by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, is part of a bigger picture objective to lift the profile of the area's creative industries and ensure artists are recognised for their contribution.
