Wauchope FC has suffered a 6-0 defeat at the hands of Macleay Valley Rangers in their Football Mid North Coast Premier League clash played on Saturday at Wauchope's Fairmont Gardens.

The win, and the draw between Kempsey Saints and Wallis Lakes, pushes the Rangers leapfrogged two other sides into second place on the competition ladder.
Wauchope remains at the foot of the ladder after round 17 results.
Port United maintained its clear ascendancy in the 2019 competition with a 2-0 win over cross-town rival Port Saints at Dixie Park.
Saints have now suffered their third loss in their past five games.
The loss is a bitter blow for the Saints outfit who now slip to fourth on the table.
At Kempsey's Eden Park, Kempsey Saints held the strong Wallis Lake to a 1-1 drawn.
The result is not what either side would have wanted but arguable cost Wallis Lake more.
Wallis Lake now drops to third spot while Saints will now have to walk the semi final tightrope with their finals destiny in the hands of other results.
At Tuncurry Sports Complex, the home side Tuncurry Forster Tigers came away with a 2-0 win over the Taree Wildcats in Tuncurry.
Camden Haven Redbacks, who had the bye, can now take the fifth finals position ahead of Kempsey Saints with a win in the last round against Wauchope.
Round 18 draw is:
Wallis Lake will host Taree Wildcats at Boronia Park; Ports Saints are at home to Tuncurry Forster FC at Findlay Park; Macleay Valley Rangers and Port United clash at Optus Park, Kempsey; and Camden Haven Redbacks are at home to Wauchope SC. Kempsey Saints have the bye.
