After an incredibly successful annual Truck and Machinery Show at Wauchope Showgrounds in July the Wauchope Yesteryear Truck and Machinery Club were proud to donate money to the local Riding for the Disabled branch.

The great weekend of trucks and machinery happened on July 13-14, and despite a small drop in overall attendance exhibitors were well up on previous years.
The club held a dinner and auction on the Saturday night, at which several thousand dollars were raised thanks to the ongoing support from the community.
The money raised was donated to Westpac Rescue Helicopter Group, Wauchope Hospital Palliative Care Unit, Rotary Lodge Port Macquarie and 2WAYFM RADIO.
In addition, Riding for Disabled, Wauchope Masonic Group, Huntington Fire Brigade and Wauchope Lions Club also received benefits by being part of the 2019 Show.
The club has donated about $4000 per year for many years to many local groups.
