Wauchope man pleads not guilty to child touching charges

The 53-year-old of Cowdery Street has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He appeared in Port Macquarie Local Court on August 22 before Magistrate Price.
Bail was not applied for and it was refused.
The charges relate to an alleged incident between 9.15am and 9.26am in Wauchope on March 13, 2019.
The man is charged with, intentionally sexually touch a child under 10 years and intentionally carry out a sexual act with a child under 10 years.
Magistrate Price adjourned the matter to the same court on September 19.
