The concert is expected to be a great night for the whole family to enjoy and the club has secured local artists Angus Gill, Hannah Pead and Ken Lindsay to bring the star power.
Rotarian Loris Hendy said it would be a great opportunity for the community to show their support to those who live with mental health issues.
"The Rotary Club of Wauchope is hosting this concert to help raise vital funds for Lifeline," Ms Hendy said.
"Lifeline is a crucial organisation which provides frontline help and assistance to those who are dealing with mental health issues.
"As a club we are particularly keen to help those in our community and with an ongoing rise in the people dealing with mental health issues we wanted to do something to help."
The concert will be held on September 14 at the Wauchope Showgrounds.
Tickets are $25 per person and there will be a barbecue from 6pm for the concert to start at 7pm.
Lifeline itself is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.
Somewhere in Australia there is a new call to Lifeline every minute. People call Lifeline's 24 hour crisis line about a range of issues from anxiety and depression to abuse, trauma and during a personal crisis.
"We are so grateful for the work Lifeline does in our community and we want to do our bit to help," she said.
"Please come along for a great night of fun and music and help us help a great cause."
Tickets can be purchased from Priest Lawyers in Wauchope or over the phone on 0423 803 646.
