It's 25 years since these people were at Beechwood Public School and now some of them will be back to help dig up the time capsule that was buried in their final year at the school.

School captains, Michael Ellis and Hayley Armitage, will be on hand to reveal the time capsule, whilst current School Prime Minister, Joshua Cole and Leader of the Opposition, Madalyn Scott, will assist with burying the time capsule being put together by current students.
In 1994, Alicia Palmer-Johnson was in Year 5 at Beechwood School and is currently involved in planning the 150 Year celebrations.
"I remember the school being very busy and full of excitement leading up to the burial of the time capsule. We all placed something inside it. We were busy making our classrooms look good, and practising our choir items with Mrs Lattimore. The whole week was a huge exciting atmosphere," she recalled.
Many past students are returning to the school for the time capsule retrieval, but Alicia says it's a bit of a mystery what's inside
"Many of my classmates don't actually remember what was put in there, so it could actually be quite embarrassing when my children see what I did," she said.
Alicia has two children who have attended Beechwood, one of whom has also been getting items ready to put into the new time capsule.
"I just hope that the kids will have such wonderful memories of the school during these celebrations this year, as I do from 1994. I hope they can come back to the school in the future for their own time capsule to see the history and relive their memories," she added.
Past students and interested members of the public are invited to attend the ceremony, to be held at 1pm on Friday September 20. This follows a special celebration assembly, where students will perform class items dressed in costumes covering various eras.
Continuing the colonial theme, Beechwood P&C Association is hosting a Heritage Funfair during the day on Saturday, with a wood chopping display, classic cars and hotrods
The 150 Year Celebrations wrap up with a fun night of memories and recollections from many past students and a delicious menu put on especially by the Wauchope Country Club for the occasion.
"As well as a complementary memento of the occasion, attendees have the opportunity to be part of history as they cut the celebration cake and have photos with past school mates," said Heather Smith.
"Ticket sales for the dinner close on Friday September 13, so please get yours as soon as possible to avoid disappointment," she added.
