The Monster Book Sale will be on again at the Wauchope Showground from Monday, October 21 to Saturday October 26 and it will be impossible not to find a bargain said organiser Diana Reynolds.
"This is a great opportunity for avid readers to grab themselves a bargain or two" Ms Reynolds said.
Staffed by Rotarians throughout the week and based on both community and business book donations, this year's Book Sale will offer great variety.
"Book collectors and bargain shoppers should get to the showground early if they want to find that treasured book to take them on either a peaceful or thought provoking journey," she said.
All funds raised from the Book Sale will be donated back into the local community.
Proceeds from past book sales have been directed towards seating in the very well used off leash dog park, riverside walk bench covers, supporting local schools and ongoing drought relief.
"It's a wonderful opportunity to grab a great book, support some fabulous charity work and demonstrate your commitment to recycling."
Rotary appreciates all books that have been donated already but if you still have some "as new" novels or non-fiction texts at home then please let a Rotarian know via their website so they can get them from you or you can drop them into the showground pavilion from Sunday October 20.
Doors open at 10am sharp on Monday morning so you had better get your running shoes on to grab the early bargains.
If you are after a more leisurely browse the sale is on every day of the week from 10am until 5pm and then on Saturday 26th from 8am until 5pm.
"So, come along and grab yourself a great read and please bring your own carry bags."
