Since the release of their debut self-titled EP in 2006, the country trio has racked up four No.1 albums on the ARIA Country Charts, a quarter of a million album sales, 22 chart-topping singles, 13 Golden Guitar Awards, including the 2018 Album of the Year for the best-selling album Endless.
The ladies have also become mothers, with Brooke expecting her second child with husband Adam Eckersley in January.
"I'm kind of book-ending the McClymont children journey," says Brooke. "I was the first to have one and this is probably the last one, although never say never with us girls."
Sam won the Toyota Star Maker contest at the 2005 Tamworth Country Music Awards, but it was at the suggestion of country music star Lee Kernaghan that the girls came together to perform.
"At the time Sam had just finished high school. Lee booked us to tour with him for 18 months. We gained so many fans through his shows, he's been an amazing boost to our career."
They have gone from strength to strength, recently performing at the Country to Country Festival, headlined by Tim McGraw, at Quodos Bank Arena. "It was incredible ... amazing to be part of first one, it was huge. The fact it was all in the one area, like a mini festival, but you didn't have to do much walking. It was very professional and we really enjoyed watching the other acts.
Brooke says with her being pregnant they chose to do this current acoustic tour. "We did one six years ago that worked really well. Fans said they could hear all the lyrics and our harmonies, which sometime you don't with the band.
"We've all been busy having babies and juggling our careers, but we miss it when we're not touring. We love it. The fans have been patient and amazing, but we need to get back out there.
"It's our passion, but we try not to take the kids on tour. We are lucky we have amazing husbands, parents and in-laws, we couldn't do it without their help."
On Saturday Brooke and Adam are off on the Cruisin' Country seven day cruise to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary and perform. "We don't see what we do as a job because we love it so much," she says.
"Every gig is different, we have so much fun, we never get bored in our job, nothing is ever the same. It's rare there's a bad show. It's just wonderful everyone continues to love the music we put out. As long as we put a smile on people's faces ... we're happy.
The sisters will head into the studio to start recording some new music soon. "It's all very exciting. We will always be us, but we like to be a bit different every now and then," she hints. Look for a big 2020 tour announcement soon.
Joining the McClymonts on stage is our homegrown 2019 Toyota Star Maker Blake O'Connor.
