Skilled and passionate community members are sought to fill 29 Minister-appointed roles being recruited for positions due to expire in March and April next year.
This is a great opportunity for local people to help build resilience within their communities and participate in decision making processes around land management in NSW.
As a local board member, you'll be working with the local staff and board to deliver on key Government priorities. It's an opportunity to be a voice for your region.
Local Land Services strongly encourages applications from women, Aboriginal people, younger people and other under-represented groups.
"We want a diverse and dynamic board that reflects modern agriculture in NSW and as such we hope to attract a mix of people who can provide strategic direction, improve service delivery and work closely with our regional communities," said a spokesperson.
A recruitment package is available on Local Land Services website with further information available by contacting Local Land Services regional offices ON 1300 795 299.
Chair appointments are for up to four years and board members a mix of two- and four-year terms.
Applications close 5.00pm, Friday 13 December 2019.
