The park has been closed since November 2019 due to fire risks.
The Queens Lake State Forest closure is the longest absence in the club's history and unfortunately occurred in peak tourism season, according to club president Mick Fullbrock.
"This time of year is our big money-spinner and we usually host a number of social rides during the Christmas tourism season," he said.
"For us, we're absolutely stoked that it's back open and our racing season starts in February so it's great to be back out training again.
"It has been a bit frustrating for members but we can see why it has been closed due to the fire danger.
"We can see the point of view that if something goes wrong it would be pretty bad because all the water holes had dried up and trees were struggling out there."

Since November last year the club has postponed numerous social rides and tourist activities on the 60km of tracks due to the closure.
To celebrate the return of riders to the park, the club is hosting their first social ride of the year on Thursday, January 23 from 5.30pm at Wizards carpark on Spring Creek Road.
The club is also hosting a fund-raising raffle with proceeds being directed to maintain trails within the park.
"We'd like to thank State Forests for their ongoing support in keeping everyone safe, and also thank our members and community for their patience," said Mr Fullbrook.
As a final celebration riders are invited to an Australia Day social ride at 2pm from Wizards carpark on Sunday, January 26. There will be food and drinks available to purchase, as well as a raffle for Tasmanian holiday accommodation and a dual-suspension mountain bike.
Club secretary in 2019 and club member Rod Bucton said riders are thrilled to be back on the trials later this week.
"We've been in contact with Forestry weekly or fortnightly just hoping for the closure to be lifted and got the good news on Monday night," he said.
"To have a blanket closure like this is the first time in the clubs history. It was understandable because a lot of people have been affected by the fires locally and nationally.
"Many people have suffered worse than ourselves. With the blanket closure of most state forests in this area many of the other places to ride are closed or have been damaged by fire.
"Since November last year I've had a standard email and text message that unfortunately had to be send to many people telling them that the park had been closed."
All abilities and fitness levels will be catered for during the social rides, and everyone is invited to come and try the trails.
A Forestry Corporation of NSW spokeswoman said the permit area in Queens Lake State Forest, known as Jolly Nose Mountain Bike Park will re-open on January 22.
